• What are the subscription charges?

• How do I register on the website?

You can click on the register tab provided on the home page of the website. It would take you to the registration form. There are three steps involved.
In the first step, fill in the registration form and then click on the "Next Step" button provided at the bottom of the page.

In the second step, choose the type of subscription you wish to subscribe to - monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual.

In the third and final step, choose the payment option. You can either pay online (through credit card / debit card / net banking / cash card) or by sending us a cheque/Demand Draft to the mentioned address.

• How can I pay online?
Paying online is a simple process. Fill up the registration form, choose your subscription period and continue with the payment process either through your credit card, debit card, net banking (direct debit to bank account) or cash card. Your account will be activated as soon as the amount is realised.

• How can I pay by cheque/DD?
If you want to send us a Cheque / DD, first register online and get your Order ID. Fill in your bank and cheque details, and mention the order ID at the back of your cheque. Then you would need to send us the Cheque/ DD.

• The cheque is to be drawn in whose favour?
The cheque should be made out favoring Premium Narmada Securities and Broking Private Limited.

You would be sent an email after completion of your registration. Your Order Id would be mentioned there.

You have to send us a Cheque/ DD.

• What if I don't have an e-mail id?
You cannot subscribe without an email id. Please create an email id for yourself on sites such as www.gmail.com, www.yahoo.com,www.hotmail.com, www.rediff.com, www.indiatimes.com and use that id to subscribe on www.premiuminvestments.in or www.sptulsian.com

• I have made online payment, but when I try to login, it says "Your order is under process". What should I do?
It could be because your payment may not have got approved. You can either email us at - subscription@premiuminvestments.in, or call us at +91-22-23511133 with these details: 1) Order ID 2) User ID, 3) Name. We will check if the order has been executed or not.

• What if I have made duplicate payment?
We try our best to prevent such an event, and our payment gateway is very secure. But should it occur and your credit card statement shows double entry, we will refund the money immediately.

• How can I get my password back, if I have forgotten it?
Once you open the login page, you will see this link called Forgot your password? Click on it and write your Email ID. We will then email your password to that Email ID. Or click here: http://www.premiuminvestments.in/getpassword.php.

• How can I change my subscription details?
Login to www.premiuminvestments.in, using your current Login ID and Password. On the right top corner of the page that opens, you will see a link called My Account. Click on it and make you would be taken to a page that would give your Subscription details. On the left side of the page there is a tab Edit Profile .Click on it and make the changes, and Submit to save the changes. Any change in the Email Id will not be allowed.

• Can I change my User ID/Email ID?
No, you cannot.

• Will I get SMS and/or emails regarding the trading calls or recommendations?
No, we do not provide SMS or emails for recommendation. You can view all the information on the website.

•  Is there any Trial offer?
No. There is no trial offer.

• Can two or more users login to the site at the same time?
Multiple login is not allowed. Incase multiple login is tried, it could result in your User Id getting blocked, which then needs to be reset at our end and that process would take at least one hour. This is a security process and for your own benefit, it would thus be prudent to not disclose your userid and password to others.

• Will I get my money back in case I do not find the site useful?
We do not have a money back policy and hence there would be no refunds.

• How do I renew my account?
You will typically get an alert stating that your account is due for renewal, one week before your account expires. And the website will also have an "RENEW" tab.

To renew, just sign in using your user id and password. Click on the RENEW tab. Choose the tenure and method of payment. Once you complete the process, a new order id will get generated and your account will be renewed as soon as the payment gets realised at our end.

• Is it necessary to give new user ID if membership is renewed after the gap of few months?
No. You can renew your account with your same (old) user id and password.
